‘Ba: Ek Yoddha’ Trailer Turns a Father’s Sacrifice Into an Emotional Family Drama

The trailer of Hari Lamsal’s directorial debut ‘Ba: Ek Yoddha’ explores a father’s sacrifices for his children before taking an emotional and suspenseful turn.

The official trailer of ‘Ba: Ek Yoddha’, the feature-film directorial debut of musician Hari Lamsal, has been released, offering an emotional look at a father’s sacrifices, struggles and the painful consequences of a fractured family.

Unveiled at an event in Kathmandu, the trailer places a father at the heart of the story. Rather than revealing too much about the film’s final turn, it builds its emotional conflict around a parent willing to sacrifice almost everything for the happiness and future of his children.

The trailer highlights how far a father is prepared to go for his children, even showing him willing to sell the home he lives in for their happiness. But the sacrifices are met with emotional wounds from the very people he has spent his life protecting.

That conflict gradually pushes the story into darker territory. As happiness disappears and the family begins to fall apart, the trailer raises its biggest question: What happens when a father who has given everything feels he has nothing left?

The answer is deliberately withheld. The trailer ends by keeping the protagonist’s painful decision and the film’s climax under wraps, adding an element of suspense to what initially appears to be a family drama.
