Twenty-six beautiful ladies of 25th batch of Miss Nepal pageant; currently are going through the intensive grooming session. Besides the learning sessions from Choreographer Rachana Gurung Sharma the candidates are being made aware, informed and mentored on various subject matters by expertise from the related field.
Regarding the learning of various subject matters the contestants went through the motivational and inspirational personality enrichment session conducted by Ranjit Acharya. Mr. Prachanda Man Shrestha was another man to add more information in the brains of the beauties of Miss Nepal 2019. This time was more on Tourism. The contestants learned various aspects of culture and heritage of Nepal in Manjari Pradhan’s culture lecture session.
Losing the extra fat, toning the body, keeping healthy mental state through Yoga, meditation and physical training, the contestants went all through these, at Jasmines fitness and Spa. Likewise the contestants learned and got aware on Federalism from the session conducted by Editor in Chief of Kantipur National Daily, Mr. Narayan Wagley.
The contestants got to learn more on Women Empowerment by women activist Mrs. Sapana Pradhan Malla. More on women, this time women in development came through Mrs. Saru Joshi Shrestha.
Styling ideas by Rajshree Rajya Laxmi Rana helped the contestants to reflect more of their beauty and appearance in terms of fashion, dressing, style and confidence. Shraddha Maskey’s coaching on make-up and hair-do has made contestants to glow more from outside and look prettier. Dr. Sushil Koirala’s session clarified on dental aesthetics while Dermatologist Dr. Prativa Shrestha gave the insights on complexion care.
The photo session with Raj Bhai Suwal and his mentoring in how to look beautiful, attractive and appealing in the pictures has definitely stored ideas and ways to be better in the pictures. The contestants have also gone through the photo session conducted at Raj Bhai’s studio Creative d studio.
The session conducted by Dr. Chiranjibi Pokharel and BishnuThakuri respectively made the contestants aware on importance of Wildlife conservation and various aspects on climate change. Likewise the contestants have also gone through the classes on Cybercrime, nutrition care, etc. The etiquette classes on fine dining and dining manners was been conducted at Prive Nepal.
The outdoor activities also has been the major element in the making Miss Nepal. Regarding the contestants of this season had visit to Nepal Television where they encountered with the broadcasting process in television media. On the other occasion the contestants visited Pashupati Old age Home where they were found showing their compassion and kindness to the old aged men and women being sheltered out there.
To make contestants put more of their effort and also to make each contestant competitive not only for the national but also for the international event, the sports event has been introduced since couple of years back in Miss Nepal pageant also took place this year.
During the sports event the contestants were divided into groups to compete each other and there were solo competitions as well. More of the athletic sports activities were incorporated during the sports event. The activities were conducted at Army Physical Training and Sports Centre.
Going through several phases of grooming and activities which obviously are making the girls exhausted by the end of day. But the good note is that they are being polished and getting ready to shine and to be seen.
