‘Madhosh’ Reveals a More Emotional Side of Yash’s Raya
Around two weeks after Yash and Kiara Advani created buzz with ‘Tabaahi,’ the makers of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups have released the film’s new song ‘Madhosh.’
The romantic track places Yash and Tara Sutaria at the centre of an emotionally complicated relationship. What begins with playful affection and passionate moments gradually moves towards fear, tears and heartbreak, offering another intriguing glimpse into the dark world of Toxic.
The official Hindi video identifies Siddharth Basrur as the singer, while Tanishk Bagchi, Faheem Abdullah and Arslan Nizami are credited as the music composers. The film is written by Yash and director Geetu Mohandas.
Yash and Tara Sutaria lead the ‘Madhosh’ video
‘Madhosh’ primarily follows Yash’s character Raya and Tara Sutaria’s character Rebecca. The opening section shows them enjoying intimate and affectionate moments together. Rebecca appears deeply attracted to Raya, and their relationship initially carries a carefree, romantic energy.

The multilingual rollout reflects the pan-Indian scale of the film’s promotional campaign, while the Hindi version is being presented directly to Bollywood and Hindi-speaking audiences through Zee Music Company.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is positioned as a large-scale action drama set within a dangerous gangster world.

Following several changes to its release schedule, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is now officially scheduled to arrive in cinemas worldwide on August 26, 2026. Yash announced the updated date through an official promotional poster in June.
