The official teaser of the upcoming Nepali film ‘Parvati’ has been released, offering an emotional glimpse into the loving relationship between a sister and her younger brother.
Running for one minute and 57 seconds, the teaser focuses almost entirely on Neeta Dhungana as Parvati and Ashok Darji as her brother Kiran. Instead of revealing major plot details, the video uses intimate moments and expressive visuals to establish the deep bond between the two characters.
Parvati is presented as a woman with autism, while Kiran appears as her closest companion, protector and source of emotional support. Their simple interactions give the teaser its emotional weight and suggest that the sibling relationship will remain at the heart of the film.
The teaser avoids introducing the film’s wider ensemble and keeps its attention on Neeta and Ashok. This restrained approach creates curiosity about the challenges the characters may face and the circumstances that shape their lives.
Its emotional tone and limited character reveal, the teaser positions ‘Parvati’ as a sibling-centred drama built around love, care and personal struggle.
