Amrita Lama from Roshi Rural Municipality of Kavrepalanchok has been crowned Miss National Nepal 2026 at a glamorous grand finale held in Kathmandu. Her remarkable performance throughout the competition not only secured her the main title but also earned her several major special awards of the evening.
Amrita dominated the competition by winning titles including Miss Catwalk, Miss Personality, Best Dress, Brand Ambassador, and Organizer’s Choice. Adding to her achievements, she was also awarded a scholarship worth NPR 200,000 from Camellia College.
The grand finale took place at The Blue Pavilion, Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, where contestants from different backgrounds showcased their confidence, personality, talent, and communication skills before an enthusiastic audience.
Ravina Aryal emerged as the First Runner-Up and also won the Miss Fitness title. Meanwhile, Sasta Shakya secured the position of Second Runner-Up along with two additional awards — Miss Confident and Miss Talent.
Among the other finalists, Nimsang Tamang was announced as the Third Runner-Up, while Yangchen Lama became the Fourth Runner-Up. Bipisha Khadgi secured the Fifth Runner-Up position, and Rachana Budhathoki was named Sixth Runner-Up.
The event also featured the Mister National Nepal 2026 competition, where Kalash Manandhar won the prestigious title. He further impressed the judges by winning the Mister Discipline and Brand Ambassador awards.
Aman Bamrel was selected as the First Runner-Up in the male category and also received the Mister Fitness title. Samrat Pokharel became the Second Runner-Up and earned the Mister Handsome award. Likewise, Suhan Balami was declared Third Runner-Up, Sandesh Shahi became Fourth Runner-Up, Sushant Shahi secured Fifth Runner-Up, and Hasan Raja was named Sixth Runner-Up.
The pageant was organized under the banner of Rex Entertainment and directed by Khagesh Ranjitkar. The event was presented on a grand scale with impressive stage design, fashion presentations, and entertainment segments.
Fashion choreography for the event was directed by well-known fashion choreographer and media personality Rojin Shakya, who helped contestants prepare their runway presentation and stage confidence for the finale.
The program was hosted by organizer Khagesh Ranjitkar himself, while the distinguished judging panel featured personalities from different professional backgrounds. The jury included Chunda Bajracharya, Panch Kumari Manandhar, educationist Kalpana Bajracharya, dance director Rohiya Maharjan, writer Prashant Dangol, and reigning Miss National Samriddhi Rajbhandari.
The pageant continues to provide a platform for young talents across Nepal to showcase their abilities, confidence, and leadership while opening opportunities in fashion, media, and entertainment industries.
