The government and Film Development Board have signed a Rs 30 million grant agreement for the ‘Cinepa’ studio in Banepa. The high-tech facility will offer VFX, sound, and full post-production services, aiming to end the reliance on foreign studios, cut production costs, and make Nepali cinema globally competitive.
