The Stella Professional Pageant Nepal International Fashion & Model Award 2022, a prestigious event honoring the fashion, modeling, and pageant industries, has successfully come to a close. The ceremony was held at the luxurious Hyatt Place hotel in Soalteemode, Kathmandu and was organized by Pageant Nepal International, Touch Entertainment, Sparsh Films, and Bright Event Management. Dikpal Karki, S Raj Karki, and Rajan Budhathoki were the organizers representing these companies.
The award ceremony recognized and celebrated professionals in various fields with a special honorary award, and also elected winners in competitive categories such as pageantry, fashion, modeling, and makeup. The event was attended by people and professionals from Kathmandu and other parts of Nepal.
At the event, a special honorary award was given to a senior model and choreographer as the Evergreen Legendary fashion icon. Media person Naresh Bhattari was honored as the Iconic TV Personality, and Miss Nepal 2011 Malina Joshi received the Iconic Miss Nepal award. Actor Salon Basnet was recognized as the Youth Cine Fashion Icon Male, and actor Pooja Sharma was honored as the Youth Cine Fashion Icon Female. Dheeraj Tandukar was also recognized as the Best National Director.
In addition to these honors, actor Rohit Rumba received the award for Dynamic Cine Actor, Rushka Shrestha Baidhya was honored as the Legendary Make-Up Artist. the first female wrestler from Nepal was recognized as a Sports Icon, and Bina Shrestha was honored as an Influential TV Personality. The award for Best Online Voting Company was given to Global Online Pay.
In the competitive categories, Krishna Shrestha and Roben won the award for Best Event Organizer, and their company, Everest Events, was recognized as the Best Event Company. Sugandha Adhikari won the award for Best Female Fashion Choreographer, and Arshu Maharjan won the award for Best Male Fashion Choreographer.
Kusum Shrestha was recognized as the Best Celebrity Fashion Designer, and Nilam Poudel won the award for Best International Make-Up Artist. Shailaja Shah received the award for Best International Event Make-Up Artist, Om Lal Akayla was honored as the Best Photographer, and Indian Model Kashif Niazi won the award for Best International Model.
The event was hosted by fashion choreographer and media person Rojin Shakya and was attended by several special guests, including fashion choreographer Jayan Subba Manandhar, glamour photographer Raj Bhai Suwal, movie director Milan Chams, actors Gajit Bista, Pradeep Bastoal, Diparsan Jung Rana, fashion choreographer Himani Subba, event director Komalnath Khatiwada, MD of Stella Professional Pradeep Chawada, singer Yubraj Chaulagain, and the production team of the upcoming Nepalese movie Gunjan along with many other special invitees.
