Pasang Dolma Sherpa, 24 years of age lass from Sindhupalchok has successfully earned the title of RIDI Group Miss Mongol Nepal 2022. Besides being the winner of the competition, the lady also lifted the trophy of Miss Talent and earned a cash prize of rupees fifty thousand. This is her second attempt in the competition. In the earlier edition of the event, she completed the event as one of the top five finalists.
In the event showcased at Rastriya Naachghar Jamal, Deepika Thapa Magar from Dhangadhi earned the first runners-up position while Dolma Chhiring Sherpa from Solukhumbu completed the event as second runners-up. Respectively they earned a cash prize of rupees thirty thousand and twenty thousand. Deepika also bagged the title of Miss Mongol Sudurpaschim while Dolma was also awarded Miss Nuplast.
The event was been organized by Action Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and choreographed by fashion choreographer Rojin Shakya. The event saw contestants performing in beautiful attires designed by student designers from IIFT Nepal. The event was been graced by the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Jivan Ram Shrestha.
The event elected Mamata Angbo from Panchther as Miss Mongol Province 1, Asenla Ghale from Parsa as Miss Mongol Madhesh, Prarthana Shahi from Kathmandu as Miss Mongol Bagmati, Pricilla Gurung from Pokhara as Miss Mongol Gandaki and Muna Budha Magar from Dang as Miss Mongol Lumbini.
