The first ever Plus size woman from Nepal to perform at global stage of beauty pageant, Sapana Rai has been successful to bag the award of Miss Smile. She competed at the global beauty pageant for Plus Size women named as Ms. Top of the World Plus size 2018 held at Philippines.
The finale of the event was held on 9th of November 2018 at Be Resort Mactan in Cebo, Philippines. In the event Miss South East Asia Plus size Charlene Rosco was been crowned as Ms. Top of the World Plus Size 2018.

Her participation and coordination at Ms. Top of the World Plus size was all been by Model songs Nepal. In the event Sapana flaunted various dresses from Page 3 haute couture and performed Kumari dance for the talent round.
